Jenkins Wealth™ is a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), and as a Registered Investment Advisory firm, we are held to a fiduciary standard. This is important when seeking counsel for your financial well-being.
The world of investment advice is plagued with conflicts of interest, obscure disclosure, and an overall lack of transparency. At Jenkins Wealth, we believe in creating Trust through Transparency. Seeking out an investment adviser who will act as your fiduciary can help to eliminate many of the problems associated with commission-oriented, product-focused salespeople. Because a fiduciary is required, by law, to give full disclosure of how they are paid, as well as any conflicts of interest they may have, before you do business with them, you as the consumer are in a better position to make an informed decision.
Because of this, Jenkins Wealth has established itself as a fee-based Registered Investment Advisory firm. Jenkins Wealth does not charge commissions for any sales, trades, or investment transactions inside our managed portfolios, as is common with broker dealers. This fee method of compensation is important, as it puts our clients’ interests first. Our clients can remain 100% confident that any investment recommended will be based on meeting their financial objectives.
